My name is Mah’Ri. I am a shamanic energy medicine practitioner.

My purpose is to help you create greater balance and harmony between your inner world and your outer world; so that your life is no longer driven by your self-limiting beliefs, traumas and stories. Rather you become attuned to the voice of your innate wisdom and your divine power, so that you can walk in harmony with your soul’s calling.

Our stories, traumas and emotions form as heavy and dense energies which can keep us in reoccurring cycles and patterns, not allowing us to become the truest version of ourself. Sometimes no matter how hard we try, we are unable to shift things on the physical, mental and emotional plane… this is where energy work becomes valuable.

Dense heavy energies (imprints) are stored in our luminous energy field (also known as the subtle light body), which surrounds our physical body. These imprints affect our lives. Imprints can be related to our current life or even past lives. These imprints can be known to us, or deeply buried in the shadows of our subconscious and unconscious. They can also be intrusive energies that do not belong to us and therefore need to be extracted. Additionally, our traumas often cause parts of our soul to dissociate and become ‘lost’; these lost soul parts can be retrieved and brought back into the energetic body so we can be whole again. Using shamanic techniques, I help you release dense energies, bring back lost soul parts allowing you to reclaim your power and true self, and can help you track a new destiny.

‘The great goddess within’ represents my reverence for the divine feminine, our great mother, and the primordial life force energy that manifests in the multiverse. Regardless of whether we are a man or a woman, when we form a deep connection with our cosmic mother (and the divine feminine aspects within us), we allow ourselves to heal at the level of our soul; in turn create a clearer path for deep connection with our cosmic father (and the divine masculine aspects within us) with the intention to unify both these sacred energies within our being. My medicine and healing practices combine my ancestral roots, as well as the medicine lineages of the shamans of Peru. I am blessed and honoured to be initiated in the teachings of the Q’ero shamans through my master teachers; and equally as honoured to be a humble student of Shakti and Shiva.

Through my own magical journey, I have become dedicated to teachings of Pachamama, Shakti, the Creatrix and the divine feminine. Of creating Ayni (reciprocity) with the universe. Of walking the path of the Beauty Way. Of honouring, embracing and embodying the great goddess within.

To remember who we are, we must also acknowledge our ability to co-create with Great Spirit… By creating harmony between the feminine and masculine parts of ourselves (the anima and the animus), and accepting and integrating all our light and shadow qualities, we are able to remember our wholeness. My deep desire is to help you remember the wisdom of the feminine, within you and all around you, regardless of your gender.
