In the shamanic traditions, it is believed that all of our physical, emotional, and psychological ailments (or dis-ease) are stored in our energy field as imprints, which are the residue of our unhealed traumas, stories and conditioning. A shamanic practitioner’s main aim is to help you remove these imprints energetically, helping you find greater balance between your inner & outer worlds.

The service you receive will be determined during the initial stages of our session together. I work with Great Spirit, my allies and guides to determine the healing service that is appropriate for you at the time of the session. The Andean medicine wheel forms the map from which I practice, and it is comprised of the four cardinal directions, each with its own practices & wisdom. As taught by my master teachers, I work with Serpent in the South, Jaguar in the West, Hummingbird in the North and Condor/Eagle in the East. I work with Pachamama, the cosmos, the elements, and the unseen around us.

The foundation of all services is a chakra clearing process, called an illumination. Our wounds, stories and traumas create thick heavy dense energy (hucha) which sticks to the walls of our chakras, not allowing them to spin with vitality. In an illumination session I cleanse your chakra and illuminate it with pure golden light (sami). With this process we also remove the imprint that is stored in your energy field that is causing the physical, emotional or psychological ailment you are experiencing. Depending on the depth of trauma and conditioning it may take one or several sessions to remove specific imprints successfully.

Sometimes the dense energies in our energy field do not belong to us…  they can be entities or other liquid or crystalised forms which require skillful extraction, to free us of their influence and heaviness. I am able to track deeply into your energy field to determine if an extraction is required. Extractions are always performed with an illumination, to ensure the root cause (imprint) is also addressed.

Other interventions and offerings may include:

• cord cutting: removing toxic energetic attachments we have to other people (and sometimes places) that keep us in repeating patterns & co-dependent relationships - these cords may even be with people who we love and want in our lives, however when we remove the toxic cords we are able form healthier relationships with them;

• rebalancing your nervous system: this is a  very gentle and relaxing process where I  reset your fight-flight response, by synchronising to the heartbeat of Pachamama. You feel grounded and calmer.

• guided shamanic journeying: a beautiful way to undertake some deep shadow work, shamanic journeying can help delve into the depths of you subconscious to reveal that which you have not considered before; it can also connect you to divine guidance and deep inner wisdom. This is a less daunting way to tackle deep shadow work, especially for those who have vivid imagination.

When guided, I perform soul retrievals to bring back lost soul parts from the lower world, the place of our ancestors and subconscious. I bring back a soul part only when you are ready to begin the integration work to reclaim your soul part; often this will be after a few illuminations. Soul parts are lost due to significant trauma and dissociation from painful events from our childhood, our past lives or other very traumatic occurrences. We make soul contracts at the time of soul loss, to protect us, however these contracts often become limiting and destructive when they no longer serve us. After the soul retrieval you are able to rewrite the contract and release the old one.

There is also the possibility of receiving a destiny retrieval, once we have worked together to clear your energy field of all that holds you back, and you’ve reclaimed your personal power. I travel to the Upper World on your behalf, finding a new divine path for you.

Integration: At the end of each session, I will provide you with some ‘homework’ to help you integrate your session, allowing your mind and body to ‘catch up’ with energetic realignment & cleansing.

I offer both In-person sessions and online sessions. I am based in Melbourne, Australia and work with many people who live in other states of Australia, as well as internationally.
